Headshot stations are booked on a half day (up to four hours) or full day (up to eight hours) basis. Based on the schedule of your event and the number of people you need headshots for, decide how much coverage you will need. Each headshot station can typically serve as many as 30 people per hour.

Headshot Station - $1600/$3100
Half day (up to 4 hours) or whole day (4-8 hours) of headshot station coverage. The headshot station includes all high-resolution images and file organization (renaming files to the person in the photo). A standard commercial usage license, a lead list of all people photographed and their contact info in Excel or CSV format, and individual model releases for all photographed. Headshots can be delivered to each person in private galleries and/or as a complete gallery of images based on your needs.

Instant Individual Delivery - $300/600
- It improves the wow factor of your headshot station with instant delivery. With Instant delivery, every participant will be emailed a private gallery of images within minutes of being photographed. We handle hosting, delivery, and support for all participants, meaning zero admin work for you.
Basic Retouching for All Headshots - $500/$1000- Enhance the experience by providing attendees with basic retouching on all delivered images. Blemish removal, wrinkle reduction, and teeth whitening are included in all photos.
Retouching on their own - $50/image- If you opt out of retouching, subjects can pay themself.
Custom Scheduling - $250
- For events where there might be executives or VIPs, we offer a custom calendar for any guests you designate so that they can get a great headshot efficiently without waiting in line.

How many people can you provide headshots for at an event?
Each headshot station can average about 30 people per hour. This can sometimes be faster or slower, depending on a few factors. The headshot booth gets more traffic if it is in a standard, prominent area. The headshot station is usually the busiest thing at any conference. Providing complementary headshots at a conference has about the same effect as giving out candy bars at a kindergarten, and it is planned to be a popular attraction. In a full day, a single station can serve between 200 and 300 people in ideal circumstances.
Do the photos from events need retouching?
It is all going to depend on the intended use of the images. For a headshot station that’s meant to add value to an event, we don’t recommend it. We use lighting and posing techniques to ensure the images look great from the camera. If the photos are intended for anything larger than LinkedIn or Teams, we recommend adding retouching so that everyone looks their best.
How are the images delivered?
As far as how the images are delivered, you have options. We organize all the images by changing the file's name to the person's name in the headshot. So, 1234.jpg becomes Smith_Jane.jpg. This makes getting the right photos to the right people much easier afterward. Once the files are organized, we sort them into individual galleries for each person and can deliver individually and in one gallery, depending on your needs. All files are delivered by email. If your company requires a specific FTP or upload system, we can accommodate it.
Do you also offer event photography?
Absolutely! We have dedicated event photographers on staff who understand how to capture what matters most at an event. In addition to event coverage, we also offer step-and-repeat photos, photo booths, and video testimonials and promos.
Do attendees just line up for headshots or can they make an appointment?
Both! We can operate a headshot station on a first-come, first-served basis and allow advanced scheduling for executives or VIPs. We recommend a mix of both. That way, your team members can update their headshots without waiting in line, and other attendees can take advantage of the experience. We can work with your team to create an experience that is the best of both worlds.
